SkyDesk – Webchat Client for Customer Care

The Client

SkyDesk is the one product for all customer care needs. It allows multiple communication channels in one place, with customizable functionality.

The Project

As SkyDesk provides multiple customer care channels, Intellegens helped them by developing a customizable webchat widget that can easily be implemented into any existing website and connected to the SkyDesk multi-channel platform.

Intellegens helped the SkyDesk team with the API definition needed to allow all the features needed as well as with the full implementation and delivery of the technical solution. The solution includes tracking user sessions, sending files, retrieving previous chat histories etc.

The solution was delivered as expected and is being used daily by SkyDesk clients as a part of their multi-channel platform.
