We always start with the Project Discovery where we:

• learn as much about your project as possible

• ask as many questions as we need to understand what your project is about, what problem it solves, who is going to be using it, what value it brings, who to, how have people been solving that problem so far, etc.

• have meetings with your team to better understand and learn about your business model, your business domain, your business main problems and concepts etc.

• define the scope of the project and all the features and document it clearly as user stories and feature requirements

• draft a technical solution

• draft a solution architecture

• draft a version of the data model

• define a rough time and budget estimate

Project Discovery usually takes one to three weeks after which we combine all our findings into a Project Specification document.

With the Project Specification document you get to choose whether you want to continue working with us, or you want to see if there is another agency that can help you build it. Worst case scenario? You have a clean and understandable specification of what you actually want / need to have built!
