Virtasant – Web Application for Tracking Candidate Progress in Screening Processes

The Project

When founded, Virtasant decided to develop their own software solution for tracking their talent, their candidates and the progress of those candidates through a customized screening process.

Intellegens worked with Virtasant on developing a platform that would allow the recruiting team to do their daily operations and work. This included defining candidates, defining screening steps and processes based on different technical verticals, scheduling and tracking the progress of each of the candidates withing each of the processes, getting reports on well (and not so well) covered tech stacks etc.

The solution was developed as a single page application in Angular connecting to a REST API delivered in .NET on top of a PostgreSQL database.
